  I look forward to Balticon every year
with it's combination of old friends, new
friends, people who hear me regularly, 
and people who hear me once a year, or so.

  I was delighted to accomplich the
logistics of having such a rich variety
of instruments in play live, which made
the set nearly as eclectic as I like them
to be.

  The moment I most enjoyed, btw, was
getting to play "Telstar".  I used the
Midi Harmonica rig with the synth module
set to sound very much like the reedy
electric organ used in the original.
I've loved this tune since I was a 
little child, and it's been a long term
"Bucket List" level dream of mine to get
to perform it live in some way. Of course
Balticon was the perfect place for a live
debut of a musical welcome to the 
Space Age.

  Thanks to everyone who came to see 
me, and thanks to the Balticon Staff
and Crew who helped make it happen and
to go so smoothly.
