We observed Edgar Allen Poe's Birthday and then the passing of David Crosby with multiple requests for songs he helped write. I also was struck with the idea of asking people to mention their favourite songs from my repertoire, and that generated a bunch of most excellent requests, some from several people, even. The bittersweet part came that day when I found out my FB account had been hacked and hijacked to post highly objectional, offensive, terrorist propaganda. FB rightly shut that down, but now I'm in limbo waiting to see if they believe that was not me and give me my account back into my control. Soooo, I don't know what my fate is going to be. If I can't get onto FB, my current plan is to make these announcements &c via email. If you like the webconcerts you may want to message Sonya with an email address. (Because my email may be compromised as well) At any rate, the next webconcert will still happen as planned, on Thursday, Feb 2nd. Yes, it's Groundhog Day, and many fun musical antics and shenanigans can be perpetrated. Zoom seems to be uncompromised, so your same link should still work. Thanks to everyone who tuned in! Thanks for the awesome requests! And thanks in advance for tuning in on 2/2!
